The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) will host the 2025 MCAC Clay Target Championship on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Alexandria Shooting Park in Alexandria, MN. Over 220 student-athletes from 14 colleges in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa will compete in the event, aiming to win individual and team championship honors.
The MCAC Clay Target Championship is a collaborative effort between the MCAC and USA Clay Target League, the leading independent provider of clay target shooting sports for secondary and postsecondary schools.
Opening ceremonies will kick off the MCAC Clay Target Championship on October 21 at 9:30 AM, with competition beginning around 10:00 AM. Two shooting sessions will take place, with each participant receiving 50 targets per session to determine their score. Awards presentations and closing ceremonies will take place after the conclusion of the two competition sessions and score tabulation, which should be around 3:30 PM.
Scores and standings from the event will be available at claytargetleaderboard.com. Pizza Ranch of Alexandria will provide lunch for participants at the event.
